INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

For an order of brackets and/or accessories, the shipping method will be registered mail through the Hong Kong Post Service.

For any Lithium-ion battery/cell, shipments cannot be arranged. You are suggested to contact your local dealer or regional distributor for the purchase of Lithium ion battery/cell.

For any product containing a battery/cell, the shipment will be handled by a courier service.

​EXPANDED DELIVERY AREAS
Some destinations fall under expanded delivery areas. Additional surcharges will apply in these cases. If your delivery location is identified as an expanded area, we will notify you to settle the applicable surcharges.

Due to partnership agreements with our global distributors, certain product models may not be available for purchase in specific countries. LOCAL SHIPMENT - HONG KONG

To enhance our customer’s experience, we cooperate with SF Express for delivery service.

If you prefer to use SF Express’ network for pickup, please let us know your desired pickup location immediately after placing your order.

If no order received in 7 working days after payment, please contact cs@moon-sport.com.

For freight charges, HK$30 will be collected for each order.

All rights and transaction will subject to MOON’s final decision.

Moon reserves right to cancel any transaction without prior notice.

If an order cancellation is requested by customer, all costs and charges associated with cancellation will be absorbed by customer.
